Good morning y'all!
Or afternoon! Or evening! Or whatever time of day it is there! So, let's start the day with a little scripture. "Jesus answered 'My Kingdom is not of this world. If my Kingdom were of this world, my servants would certainly strive that I should not be delivered to the Jews: but now my kingdom is not from hence'" (John 18:36, Douay Rheims version).
Of course (sadly) some people have used the Gospel of John for Anti Semitic reasons (odd, given that both John and Jesus being Jewish...)
Anyway, I think, as Christians, it's important for us to remember, Jesus's Kingdom is not of this world. A lot of times, we Christians lose heart because of what's going on in the world. While we should be advancing the Kingdom on earth, we should never forget that our ultimate loyalty is to God.

I don't think a lot of people understand how much we need to rely on #God.
For some of us, he's only there when we hurt. And that is the wrong way to think about God.
God is not some abstract that's only there when you're upset, he's a very real and loving #father that cares for all of his children, even when his children disobey him.
