Given the very nature of this community, you may be thinking to yourself "Well, the Orthodox have a valid sacraments, beautiful tradition, and a hierarchy, why not be Eastern Orthodox"? If you're saying, "I'm a #Protestant, and I have no problem considering #Catholics to be #Christian". Good! This wasn't written for you, though.
This was written for the #Protestants who couldn't tell you what #Christianity is. The Protestants that condemn what they think are uniquely #Catholic beliefs, but fail to understand, that some Protestants (like #Lutherans) have similar beliefs.
To be sure, there are differences between #Lutheran beliefs and #Catholic beliefs, and I can't say there aren't any Protestants that condemn Lutheran beliefs.
But, what brought this up was a #YouTube video with the nonsense title "a #Christians thoughts on the #Pope's death" or something like that.
