If they think state recognized tribes are fraudulent, where were they when states were recognizing tribes during the Pan Indian movement? Where were they in 1984 when the Alabama Indian Affairs commission was established? Where were they protesting state recognized tribes being part of the Indian Arts and Crafts Act in 1990? Why can the Georgia Tribe of Eastern Cherokees point to statements Wilma Mankiller made for their state recognition?
BY the way, the Cherokee Nation's favorite claim is that "some" of these groups require no documentation of Cherokee ancestry, while listing actual fraudulent groups next to state recognized tribes.
They're poisoning the well.

What's going on
Hey y'all! I'm going to try to get to something, last week I told y'all I wasn't going to do it this week, things are just not going the right way. Tropical storm Arthur even after dissipated we got the remnants of it where I live. And I was you know kind of freaking out for reasons because of someone I know that lives much closer to where it hit. She's fine though. So, I'll try to see if I can't get something today recorded. Because I really do want to upload something new. Especially since the last time I tried to use locals it didn't work right.
No video for this week!
I'm #exhausted, drained, and tired. I need to work on some other projects. In the meantime, since #Locals has not been working so well, y'all can watch the video that, for some reason, premiered last Friday, but had a heck of a time being processed.
Why it works on #Rumble just fine, but not here, is beyond me.

Now, what I am not doing is criticizing people who take issue with #Bible translations. It's more criticism of people who think they know more about #translating than the people who actually do it.
